BASMAH Foundation has been distributing free blankets and hoodies among poor people in Bangladesh since 2018. In the harsh, cold winter, the poor and vulnerable have very little to protect themselves. To help the poor, BASMAH has distributed winter clothes in many districts in Bangladesh. The situation of Rohingya refugee camp is even worser as they live in bamboo huts and left everything behind except the clothes on their backs. BASMAH has also provided blankets and hoodies to the Rohingya refugees to keep themselves warm.
