Basmah Foundation team has successfully distributed 100% Halal, Qurbani-Udhiyah meat among the Rohingya refugees as well as host communities in Cox’s Bazar & another district of Bangladesh for the last five years with the final assistance from BASMAH USA. Last year, we sacrificed 105 cows and 75 goats and distributed them to 15,000 families in Narayanganj, Cox’s Bazar, and Mymensingh districts to fight hunger and fulfill an Islamic tradition that kept its promise. This Eid-ul-Adha is the reliance of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) on Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala). Over the past five years, our Basmah Foundation team has successfully distributed 100% halal, “Qurbani-Udhiya” meat with continuous support, and thus we have celebrated Eid for everyone instead of just us.
This year we have taken the same initiative to work for most of the districts in the northern region, including the mentioned districts of Jessore, Satkhira, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Narayanganj, and Dhaka so we are seeking your help in implementing the project as planned.
